Daily Reflection
Today was hard—we did a lot of yoga on our backs, stomachs, or standing still, so the movement didn’t add many steps. The focus was core strength, and while it was challenging, my daughter enjoyed herself and plans to join me once a week. Watching her move through the poses with ease was amazing and inspiring—to be so young and perfectly flexible! I think she had fun because she got to laugh at me!
Another day packed with meetings, making it really difficult to hit 10,000 steps. But tomorrow is another day.
