Daily Reflection
The first day is always the hardest, and doing it when daylight savings kicks in—losing an hour of sleep—didn’t make it any easier! Normally, I don’t hit 14,000+ steps in a day, but grocery shopping and running errands helped rack up those numbers.
My morning walk on the easy-strider felt good, and the short outdoor walk with Loki was a nice addition, even though Ebony had other plans. For meals, I paid attention to my protein and carb intake, opting for a balance that worked for me. Hydration-wise, I got plenty of fluids, though not strictly 100 ounces of plain water—something to work on moving forward.
All in all, a solid start. One day down, 74 to go!
