Today marks a special milestone – my 49th birthday and the 6-month anniversary of my blog! I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my experiences and connect with all of you.

A Journey of Helping Others

Over the past six months, I’ve been humbled to see how my blog has become a tool for helping others in various areas of their lives. By sharing aspects of my life and experiences, I’ve been able to make a positive impact on others. This has been a truly rewarding experience, and I’m grateful for the support and engagement from all of you.

A Personal Request

As Facebook prompts users to select a charity for birthday donations, I’ve decided to take a personal approach. Instead of selecting a traditional charity, I’m asking for help with a cause close to my heart – the Meadows Legal Fund.

A Long and Challenging Journey

Since my divorce in 2019, my ex-husband has dragged us through a prolonged and arduous legal battle, resulting in significant financial burdens. Despite representing myself pro se initially, I’ve had to hire four attorneys to defend myself against numerous allegations. We’ve also had to share the costs of an attorney for our children. The case has been incredibly challenging, culminating in a 4-year harassment restraining order, which I obtained pro se. The legal fees have been staggering, with over $25,000 in outstanding bills from the last 18 months alone.

A Request for Support
